Screen printing involves pressing ink through a fine mesh screen onto the surface of a product (similar to how a stencil works). Our standard screen printing size is larger than most at 15 inches wide by 17 inches high and we can print anywhere from 1 to 6 colors per garment as each color is “screened” onto the product separately. Custom inks (such as metallic and glitter) are also available.
Screen printing is most commonly used on t-shirts due to its low cost per item. Its clean, crisp look is a perfect, cost-effective option for you and your organization to get out in front of the masses and spread your message.
Embroidery is when thread is stitched into a garment and is most commonly used on professional wear (such as polos), outerwear and hats. It’s the most popular of all the apparel embellishment techniques and is perfect for both corporate and casual teamwear. Unlike screen printing, the more colors you use in your artwork doesn’t necessarily increase the price. Embroidery provides professionalism and class while getting you noticed.
